'We learn from our families'

What do we learn from our families?

We have made a list of things that we think we learn from members of our family.

We're going to invite parents into our classroom to help us to learn some new skills.

Maths 

- Learning the names of simple shapes.

Literacy  

- Listening to the sounds around us.
- Reviewing the letter sounds we know.
- Blending and segmenting simple 3 letter words together.
- Working on our fine motor skills to strengthen our fingers ready for writing.

 -Talking about our family and the role they play in helping us to learn about ourselves.

Maths

-Continuing to count from 1 to 20.

Well done Thun-Thun!
Before the holidays Thun-Thun received the star of the week certificate for his excellent listening skills and for always trying his best.

Reminders

 *Halloween Party - Wednesday 31st October.Please come in fancy dress and bring a plate of healthy food.


*Open morning on Friday 2nd November from 8.30am until 10am.
