Parents Morning
Thank you to everyone who came to our open morning in K2. The children really enjoyed showing you the work they do in the classroom.
Mr Dinosaur
Well done to Glacier who took Mr Dinosaur home last weekend. Glacier is always very excited to learn and full of energy. She listens well and picks up new ideas very quickly.
This Week......
- The letter sound 'c' and words that start with that sound.
-Reviewing the sound 's,a,t,p,i,n,c’ new sound 'k'.
- Beginning to learn how to blend and segment simple CVC words. i.e sat, cat, pat.
-Writing our names correctly.
Maths
- Counting accurately.
- Recognising numbers from 1 to 20.
- Shapes - Introducing 3D shapes.
