Another fantastic week of online learning :)

It's great to see the amount of time and effort parents are putting into helping the children learn at home.

For the rest of the year we will be working on 2 Units of inquiry at the same time.

Finding Out - We found out about Australia.

English

 - Reviewed the sounds and practised blending and segmenting.

- Continuing to learn how to blend and segment simple CVC words. i.e sat, cat, pat.

- Talked about what we did over the holidays.

Maths

- doubling numbers i.e. double 1 is 2, double 2 is 4 etc.
- Counting from 1 to 20.
-Recognising numbers from 1 to 20.
